Começámos pelo Carabineiro, carapau e escalope de foie...Não resisto a carabineiro! Em seguida optámos pela corvina (peixe do dia) com a sua favada e espuma de açafrão e para prato de carne escolhemos o Lombo de novilho maturado, batata e morilles. Esta degustação seguiu uma harmonização de vinhos. E porque um dia não são dias, experimentámos duas sobremesas, o Trio de chocolates, caramelo e pêra-rocha e os Morangos, requeijão e rosmaninho.
